Shipping

We print and pack your order as soon as possible. Order fulfilment may take up to three business days to process and pack – it’s a pain packing – it really is – but your painting will be super safely packed

Unframed Prints: Unframed prints are sent in a tube via An Post Standard Tracked postage. Once processed, standard delivery is the next working day within Ireland.  Unroll and press them with a couple of sturdy books and they will be ready for framing – I typically use standard canvas and paper sizes so you can frame using store bought or have a frame commissioned

Unframed Original Art : Securely packed and shipped via An Post  

Framed Original Art: Securely packed and shipped in a box . We do our best on shipping costs to keep the price low but depending on the size of the piece being shipped costs can be 5-10% of the purchase price it will be shipped with Tracking

How come I can order multiples on your website – are they original?

Yes they are and while you can enter in multiples you can only have one of each when you move to checkout – it’s a quirk of Shopify (the platform my store is on) also I sell prints so I have to have multiples enabled

Bottom line is if it says original – it is original – or your money back !

Returns & Refunds

We are happy to refund or replace any items that may have been damaged enroute.

Please notify within 10 days of receipt of your order via marcelindsay@gmail.com and we will take care of it

For refunds, please allow up to 7 working days for funds to appear in your account.

We will confirm refunds when they are processed.

Payment

We use the secure Shopify payment platform – Paypal and Google Pay – other options are available on request – contact Marcelindsay@gmail.com
